Our Features
LOAM's commercial kitchen is licensed and permitted under NC Department of Health regulations. Three membership tiers serve cottage bakers, food truck operators, caterers, and local food producers who need access to a professional kitchen without the overhead of owning one.

Kitchen members receive discounted vendor space in the provisions market — a direct pipeline from production to retail. Community cooking classes taught by kitchen members or guest chefs generate additional programming revenue for LOAM.
